The Reverend Barbara G. Green is a Senior Advisor to the National Religious Partnership on the Nuclear Weapons Danger. She is Executive Director of the Churches' Center for Theology and Public Policy in Washington, DC, a post she has held since 1998. For 15 years she was a policy advocate for the Presbyterian Church (USA) in its Washington Office, where she specialized in international relations and security policy. From 1977 to 1981 she was posted by the National Council of Churches to Berlin, Germany. A scholar in the life and work of the German theologian Dietrich Bonhoeffer, she is translator of his book, Discipleship. She is author of numerous articles and co-author of Lines in the Sand: Justice and the Gulf War. She is a graduate of the College of Wooster and Yale University Divinity School. Dr. David Cortright, Senior Advisor to the Partnership, brings decades of experience in peace activism and organizational development, as evidenced through his work as a founding member of Win Without War and former executive director of SANE. Cortright is currently President of Fourth Freedom Forum and a research fellow at the Joan B. Kroc Institute for International Peace Studies at the University of Notre Dame. The Reverend Richard Killmer, Senior Advisor to the Partnership, has worked for three national church agencies during his 36 years of ministry: the Presbyterian Church (USA), the National Council of Churches and the Churches' Center. He has provided leadership in the issues of peacemaking, the environment and economic justice. He is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College and has two degrees from Princeton Theological Seminary. Jessica Wilbanks, co-coordinator of the Partnership, is a Program Associate for the Fourth Freedom Forum. She graduated from Hampshire College in 2002, where she studied theology and literature. Since then, she has helped to run a get-out-the-vote campaign in St. Petersburg, FL and worked with student government presidents to develop the new organization Students for a Secure Future.
